Details

• The prices are for a minimum stay of 4 days per apartment and night for 2 people. For a shorter stay, a supplement will be charged.
• For additional persons € 50 per night will be charged.
• The tourist tax of € 2.50 per person and overnight stay for all persons aged above 14 is not included in the price.
• Children above 10 years are welcome.
• For the final cleaning, € 90 will be charged in addition, regardless of the length of stay.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 3 pm. On the day of departure, we ask you to release the apartment by 9.00 am.

Mobile Card (free of charge)

For our guests we provide the new mobile card “Holiday Region Seiseralm Live Card” for the entire duration of the stay. This allows you to use 95% of all public transport in South Tyrol free of charge.

Seiser Alm Balance – activities holiday programme (free of charge)

Events and workshops themed around wellness and relax
Seiser Alm Marketing offers every week guided events like:
– morning walk with breakfast at the Völser Weiher lake
– the Five Tibetans; balance for your everyday life
– alpine forest bathing; breathe and recharge your batteries
– an some other events .

Ski rental: discount

At the sports shop K&K (www.kandk.bz) our guests receive a 15% discount on ski rental. The equipment can be rented directly at the valley and mountain station of the Alpe di Siusi cable car after booking online. Please point this out to us when booking and we will send you the discount code.

Cancellation conditions (c.c., art. 1382)

If something unforeseen occurs and you cannot start your holiday as planned, the following cancellation conditions apply.  Please inform us in good time about a possible cancellation!

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we concede to you

Right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions:

• Up to 60 days before arrival you can cancel for free and you will of course receive your fishing back
• From 59 days to 22 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total amount of the reservation time
• From 21 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount of the reservation time
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the agreed price will be charged for the entire reservation time

Reservation/Terms of Payment

Your fixed reservation is only binding after receipt of the fishing end in the amount of 30% of the total price of the length of stay. Please pay the remaining amount in cash on your departure. According to Italian law, a cash payment up to € 5.000 is allowed. Card payment or payment by check is unfortunately not possible.

Travel cancellation insurance

We are looking forward to your coming! However, if it is not possible to start your trip, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. You can look forward to your holiday unclouded and reserve your apartment with certainty without worries!
